During summer vacation I accidentally enjoyed reading Macbeth and I would like to share my reflection with you all.

暑假期间我读《麦克白》学到了许多，我也想和大家分享下这本书。

Macbeth is one of Shakespeare’s four famous tragedies. It is the story of a Scottish soldier who became a king but was undone by his own ambition. At the beginning of the story, Macbeth was a heroic warrior who fights rebels with Banquo. They encountered three witches who predicted that Macbeth would be the king of Scotland and Banquo’s son would succeed him on the throne. Macbeth didn’t care this prophecy and tell lady Macbeth. His wife scolded Macbeth a coward and instigated him to murder Duncan, who was the king of Scotland. Egged on by his wife, Macbeth planned to murder his king. After committing murder, Duncan’s two son fled to England and Ireland. Macbeth became more and more cruel and conceited. He killed Banquo and innocent subjects. He didn’t care his wife’s death. In the end, Duncan’s son killed Macbeth.

《麦克白》是莎士比亚著名的四大悲剧之一，这个故事是关于一个苏格兰的士兵的故事，他成为了国王却被自己的野心所吞噬。故事的开头，麦克白是一个和班柯击败叛徒的英勇英雄。他们在返回的路途中遇见了三个女巫，她们预言麦克白将会成为苏格兰的国王，班柯的孩子将会继承麦克白的王位。麦克白起初并不在意这个预言，并转身告诉了其夫人。他的妻子痛斥麦克白是个懦夫并煽动麦克白去谋杀苏格兰的国王——邓肯。谋杀后，邓肯的两个儿子逃去了英国和爱尔兰，麦克白变得越来越残忍和自负，他杀了班柯和无辜的臣民。他不在意他妻子的死亡，最后邓肯的孩子杀死了麦克白。

Macbeth is fantastical and imaginative beyond other tragedies.

文中麦克白在良知和贪欲中挣扎，他妻子的教唆使他陷入了贪欲的泥潭中无法回头，一步错步步错，最终妻子在罪恶感中自杀。莎士比亚将麦克白这个人物塑造的很丰满，内心与现实的交织，自身的贪欲和外来的教唆，开头是英勇平叛的好汉，结尾是人人喊打的叛臣贼子。《麦克白》比其他悲剧更具幻想性和想象力。
